Michael O. D. Brown Memorial Scholarship Application
The Michael O. D. Brown Memorial Scholarship for Social Justice, Performing Arts, and Trades awards scholarships to college-bound high school seniors based on demonstrated academic achievement, financial need, and an expressed interest in enrolling into a post-secondary program in pursuit of a certification, associates, or bachelor’s degree in the performing arts or social justice/activism
This scholarship is not renewable. Previous scholarship recipients cannot re-apply.
Requirements
- Proof that you have applied and/or been accepted to a higher education program
- Proof of at least a 2.5 GPA, as shown on your most recent report card
- Proof of community or volunteer service within the last year

PRIORITY DEADLINE: February 29, 2024
FINAL DEADLINE: March 15, 2024
EXTENDED DEADLINE: Â 11:59PM CT at April 12 (for Central Visual & Performing Arts High School Only)
